AEO on our own portfolio
Before selling Answer Engine Optimization to anyone else, we applied it to the nine sites in the Don Gastón portfolio. This is what we changed, what moved, and what we do not know yet.

WHAT WE DID
The same checklist, nine sites, one week
Between September 29 and October 5, 2026 we applied one set of AEO fixes across nine sites in the Don Gastón portfolio, including netwebmedia.com. Our AEO agency service sells the same work to clients, so we ran it on ourselves first.
- Crawler access. Explicit Allow rules for AI crawlers in each site's robots.txt.
- Machine-readable summaries. An llms.txt and an llms-full.txt on each site.
- Answerable homepages. A homepage FAQ section on each site, marked up with FAQPage JSON-LD.
- Heading and thin-content fixes. marpolis.com had no H1 and only 253 words on its page; tapephoto.com went from 166 to 644 words.
- Fast discovery. IndexNow on every site, roughly 1,670 URLs submitted in total, each submission answered with HTTP 200.
- Search Console. Every site verified in Google Search Console with its sitemap submitted.
AUDIT SCORES
Our internal AEO score, before and after
These scores come from our own internal audit rubric, not from a third-party tool. The “before” column is the audit result before the changes; the “after” column is our internal estimate (marked ~) after the changes, not an independent measurement. Golferos and ClimAlerta are not scored here.

WHAT WE DON'T KNOW YET
Honest limits
One week of work is not a result. Indexing takes weeks, and being cited by an AI engine usually takes longer than being indexed. We have no citation data to report yet, and the “after” scores are our own estimates. The next phase is external links: until other sites reference these ones, there is a ceiling on how far on-site fixes alone can go.
We will update this page as the Search Console numbers and citation checks come in.
